We deliver via Royal Mail to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, most European countries, the Republic of Ireland, Canada, and the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to destinations not listed.
For added convenience, we offer a complimentary collection service from three locations in Greater Manchester. If you’d prefer to collect your order, simply select the collection option at checkout and contact us to arrange a suitable location and time.

Please note that customs duty fees may apply depending on your country. These charges vary by location, and it’s advisable to check the applicable fees before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, you will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for items left in your nominated safe place. Please ensure safe delivery arrangements are made.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you absolutely love your purchase from Bluebells Charms and Gifts. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@bluebellscharmsandgifts.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, kindly include your name, order number, item details, reason for the return, and purchase date. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the return address. Refunds will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please refer to the dedicated policy section below.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed prior to returning item(s). We strongly recommend using a fully trackable delivery service for your return.
- Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged to protect the item(s) during transit.
- Retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
- Include the original invoice inside your return parcel for reference.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
- The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged: personalised or bespoke products, bath items, gift cards, sale items, and certain jewellery pieces.
- If you paid via credit or debit card, we are not responsible for any interest charges incurred while waiting for your refund to process.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
- Items sold with pre-disclosed damage or faults, for which a discount was applied and accepted at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return or refund.
- This Returns & Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bluebellscharmsandgifts.co.uk with photographs where applicable.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We kindly ask customers to report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery where possible. However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Personalised or custom-made products
Earrings and other pierced jewellery
Bath products
Perishable goods
Gift cards
Sealed items that have been opened after delivery where hygiene regulations apply
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
