We currently only post to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We also offer a free collection option from three different areas.

If you would prefer to collect your order, select this option at checkout, then contact us to arrange a suitable area and time.

  • Collection from Radcliffe, Bolton & Ashton-under-Lyne - FREE (contact to arrange)
  • UK and NI Delivery Orders over £40 - FREE

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do hope you love your purchase from Bluebells Charms & Gifts, however if you are not happy with your item(s), we offer a 14 day returns policy.

To return an item simply send us an email to hello@bluebellscharmsandgifts.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your delivery including your name, item details, reason for return and date of purchase). The returns address will be provided via email and we aim to refund your order as soon as possible to your original method of payment.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please read the policy below this section.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend that you return items via a fully trackable delivery service.
  • Please ensure the parcel is secure enough to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
  • Please keep your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit.
  • Please include the invoice in your returns parcel.
  • Items must be returned unused in the same condition that they were dispatched to you with the original packaging attached
  • Personalised, bespoke, bath products, sale items and some jewellery items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged. 
  • If you paid for items using a credit or debit card we cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit or debit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded.
  • Unfortunately, we currently don't offer exchanges.
  • We do not refund any item(s) that were sold where existing damage or faults were noted at the time of sale and as a result a non-returnable discount was made and accepted at the time of purchase.

  • Our Returns & Refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged, faulty or not as described, please accept our sincere apologies and email us with your name, item details, date of purchase and photos of the damaged/faulty/incorrect item to hello@bluebellscharmsandgifts.co.uk

Please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order as we are unable to replace or refund any items reported damaged after this time. We will then contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
