4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Prices exclude delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout.
We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Clearpay, Samsung Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch items within 4–7 working days.
Delivery timeframes vary by location and shipping method and are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within:
14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.
To cancel, email us at hello@bluebellscharmsandgifts.co.uk with your name, order number, item details and reason to cancel.
Exemptions:
You cannot cancel or return:
Personalised or custom-made items
Some jewellery items, for hygiene reasons
Bath products
Perishable goods
All sale items

7. Returns and Refunds
You must return cancelled goods within 14 days of informing us.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect and we advise that you return items via a fully trackable delivery service.
Return Address will be provided via email.
Please keep your proof of postage as we will not accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit.
Please include the invoice in your returns parcel.
If you paid for items using a credit or debit card we will not be responsible for interest charges made by your credit or debit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
We do not refund any item(s) that were sold where existing damage or faults were noted at the time of sale and as a result a non-returnable discount was made and accepted at the time of purchase.
Please ensure the parcel is secure enough to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
